Entertainment ke liye kuch bhi padhega!

Blogs… we write blogs to share our experience, ideas, thoughts, decisions and values  and many more things through which we can share our personal  incident with our readers so that they can make the full use of that part in their life…. In simple and not so complicated I should  say that our main purpose is to entertain and guide people.
Today it’s my turn to write blog and believe me that today I have nothing to say  or share  with you all because my mind is stuck only at one way that is “INTERNSHIP” and main problem is that I don’t have any internship and time is running like a bullet train…. Please pray for me everyone.
To entertain myself  I am reading all the unread mails of my father and friends and I think that even you all should go through it. I am sure that you all will enjoy  the mixture of jokes,g.k and sarcasm .
LET’S START
1. Meant for Professionals…
HOW TO RECRUIT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?
Put about 100 bricks in some
Particular order in a closed
Room with an
Open window.
Then send 2 or 3 candidates in
The room and close the door.
Leave them alone and come back
After 6 hours and then analyze
The situation.
If they are counting the
Bricks.
Put them in the accounts
Department.
If they are recounting them.. Put them in auditing ..
If they have messed up the
Whole place with the bricks.
Put them in engineering.
If they are arranging the
Bricks in some strange order.
Put them in planning.
If they are throwing the
Bricks at each other.
Put them in operations ..
If they are sleeping.
Put them in security.

If they have broken the bricks
Into pieces.
Put them in information
Technology.
 If they are sitting idle.
Put them in human resources.
If they say they have tried
Different combinations, yet
Not a brick has
Been moved. Put them in sa
If they have already left for
The day.
Put them in marketing.
If they are staring out of the
Window.
Put them on strategic
Planning.
And then last but not least.
If they are talking to each
Other and not a single brick
Has been
Moved.
 Congratulate them and put them
In top management.
  2. Boy: after our marriage..u promise me dat u wont ask for separate house

"Rishta wahi..Soch nayi
3. Heavy rains remind us of challenges in life. Never ask for a lighter rain. Just pray for a better umbrella. That is attitude.
4. Every problem has (n+1) solutions, where n is the number of solutions that you have tried and 1 is that you have not tried. That's life..

Make education stress-free

Education should be a joyous experience, but if too much pressure is put, children find the going a hard – work and tedious examination system has made the life of present generation full of tension and stress. There are hundreds of cases of youngsters taking the lives when they fail in exams. It is the duty of parents, schools, colleges, universities and educational authorities to make education stress- free. To a large extent, a part of stress can be eased by promoting harmonious relationship between parents and children and also between the wards and educational institution. All efforts should be made to sustain the trilateral intersection among the student, the teacher and the parent.

·         The decision by C.B.S.E to give 15 minutes to the candidates….
·         The internal assessment is also very thoughtful…
·         Grading system is another proposal to eliminate stress…
·         Also the guides of every NCERT book is available...
·         The tenures at college level is a helping hand…
To ease the stress of education on children, the parents too need a lot of counseling.

“You are not your result,” screamed the white projector screen of a presentation made at a gathering of parents. Said engineer turned singer Mr . Shankar Mahadevan, “Results are not everything. Do what you enjoy success will automatically follow you...”
